Clayton Winey, President and co-founder of Stuart James Construction, Inc. has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with an emphasis on Project Management and Operations. He earned his B.S. degree from CSU, Chico in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration. Clayton's experience includes retail, office, tenant improvement, renovations, and commercial site projects. As President of Stuart James Construction, Inc., Clayton manages the day to day field operations of the company overseeing Project Management, Project Supervision, Safety and Quality Assurance.

Brent Wiegand, CFO and co-founder of Stuart James Construction, Inc. has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years with an emphasis on Estimating, Budgeting and Cost Control. He earned his B.S. degree from CSU, Chico in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration. Brent's experience includes retail, office, tenant improvement, renovations and commercial site projects. As CFO of Stuart James Construction, Inc., Brent manages the day to day office operations of the company, Financial Operations including Banking, Bonding, Accounting and all Estimating operations including competitive bidding and negotiated contracts.
