The Bed Bath & Beyond is CMU masonry wall construction with a steel joist and metal deck roof structure. Interior finishes include a polished and sealed concrete floor, exposed roof structure, and an office mezzanine. The roofing materials consist of single ply roofing and concrete tile on the tower roofs. The Pad 7 Building is a wood framed multi-tenant retail shops building, with built up and concrete tile roofing, 3 coat lath & plaster with integral color finish coat, and a central plaza seating area with a fountain.

After the El Dorado Hills store, it is amazing to see the bar being raised in Elk Grove. This store will truly be a showcase in Nugget's portfolio. This Nugget Market has a full commercial kitchen, including cooking facilities and a pizza oven. The mezzanine area includes management offices and a conference room. The finishes in this store are very unique and include a free-hand stained concrete floor, numerous faux paint finishes, and a stainless steel kitchen, deli, sushi, and bakery area. Hand made ornamental iron stair rails, awnings, and sculptures accent the interior and exterior of the store. The exterior is a piece of art in itself with a 30 ft tall sunflower adorning it's facade.
